Ethics and Compliance

_

We work hard to always be ethical in everything we do. The way people see us is connected to how our employees behave. This is often why we endeavor to persistently reinforce our morals and compliance culture.

Ayster employees must follow laws and rules, not be involved in situations where their own interests are in conflict, and be respectful and appreciative of the customs, traditions, and social behaviors of the different countries and cultures where Ayster does business. Ayster always does the right thing and never takes the easy way out. Following the rules and regulations is very important for Ayster’s business operations.

Our Compliance & Business Ethics Program is a plan that explains our promise to uphold ethical behavior in our business. We ensure that our employees understand and follow these ethical guidelines through training and awareness-raising.

The compliance department works in three ways: to prevent problems, to find problems, and to respond to problems. It oversees all compliance activities, organizes training, makes sure rules are followed internally and externally, and helps create and enforce company-wide standards.

Compliance topics are often talked about and discussed with various groups like the Management Board, Audit Committee, Shareholders’ Committee, and other corporate and local bodies.
